Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore we understand that we need it in excess, to get a good understanding of life, and how to move through it as the wise and learned.
Therefore God's wonderful people of purpose, I want to direct your attentions to one of the wisest men who ever lived, and not just the wisest but the wealthiest. Which bring me to the conclusion that when you stem from a place of the wise, from the Holy, that God graces you to walk in wealthy places, both spiritually and naturally. Where you have governance and access.
And today what I want to suggest is that we, "Be like unto King Solomon". Yup! You guessedit, King Solomon is who I was referring to, as he was the wisest and wealthiest man of his day, and to date. This was the case because he sought God for wisdom and knowledge to adequately govern over what God had entrusted him with, in this instance it was governing over the people of God. Though this is not the type of governance or assignment that God has tasked to all of our hands present day, the fact is we all need the wisdom and knowledge of God to sufficiently thrive in and over, whatever it is that we have been called to do by the Most Hight.
In keeping, like King Solomon did according to 2 Chronicles 1:11-12, we too should seek God for wisdom and knowledge, that we may be wise concerning the things of God and where the people of God are concerned, heck use wisdom when dealing with all people period.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, let's get right into it! And it reads: God said to Solomon, 11 “Since this is your heart’s desire and you have not asked for wealth, possessions or honor, nor for the death of your enemies, and since you have not asked for a long life but for wisdom and knowledge, to govern my people over whom I have made you king, 12 therefore wisdom and knowledge will be given [to] you. And I will also give you wealth, possessions and honor, such as no king who was before you ever had and none after you will have.”
Do you see according to aforementioned scripture, just how beneficial it is to seek God for wisdom and knowledge from an earnest place. For in being wise in the things of the Lord God; And by remembering the Lord God in all things; He in turn, will give you the power to get wealth, (ref. Deuteronomy 8:18, Holy Bible). Same, Matthew 6:33 in Gods word, teaches us, that: If we seek the Kingdom of God first, and Gods righteousness; that all other things, to include wealth, will be added to our persons(s).
So how do we seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness? It's simple; Through obtaining wisdom! For the word of God tells us, that, "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and that knowledge of the Holy One is understanding,
(Proverbs 9:10, Holy Bible).
So in short get and establish reverential fear of our great God, building a relationship with the Most High; who in turn has the power to establish you in all of your going; you becoming wise and knowledgeable to the things of God, and as a result of how your heart is postures towards God, and what has been willed by God for your life; God is intentionally to add all things unto you, to include giving you an abundance wealth, be it that wealth spiritual, natural or both!!
Because the one thing that I do know, and am confident of this: That God has some pretty awesome plans for you, plans to give you hope, and a bright future, (Jeremiah 29:11).
